Where would our lives be without expressing our emotions with a ‘thumbs up’?! As a rule of thumb, your audience will enjoy this new feature in WebinarGeek quite a lot. Starting today, asking viewers for their opinion will be easier. Give them the opportunity to give that thumbs up when they like your content or approve of your question!
It was bound to happen eventually, and today is the day. The ‘hand’ has entered the arena in WebinarGeek. By popular demand and after months of testing and designing, we can proudly present our new ‘handy’ feature today. Yes, viewers will now be able to indicate their answers with gestures.
To make things a little more exciting, we chose to add both a thumbs up and a thumbs down indicator for participants. This will allow the new hand-gesture tool to be multi-purpose.
When does the new gesture functionality come in ‘handy’?
Quickly scanning the opinion of your audience about certain topics: ‘AGREE’ or ‘DISAGREE’.
Participants can give a green thumbs up or a red thumbs down. It’s a very fast method to understand how the majority of your audience feels about a topic you brought up during the webinar.
How does it work?
As the host you have the ability to activate the new emotes in the WebinarGeek control panel. Navigate to the tab 'interactions' and select the ‘thumb emote’. By activating this feature, the ‘handy’ new feature will be visible for participants. They will now have the ability to give a green thumbs up or a red thumbs down. The amount of responses and the choice ratios will only be visible to the host. By clicking the button ‘reset hands’, the feature will be reset completely.
